James A. Northrop, President and Chief
Executive Officer
Mr.
Northrop is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Immunotec Inc.
Mr. Northrop is a seasoned chief executive with a record of success
in rapid growth situations, Mr. Northrop has impressive experience in
the direct selling, consumer packaged goods, cosmetics, fashion and
retail industries. He is well-known for his ability to see the essence
of a business and position it for future growth. Mr. Northrop has acted
as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President for a number of companies,
including a direct sales company where his leadership significantly
impacted profitability through development of the Hispanic market, expansion
of the product line and establishment of a strong trust relationship
with independent field representatives.
Daniel Murphy, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
With over 25 years of experience, Daniel Murphy’s expertise in enhancing corporate operations for maximum potential are well founded. He has a solid background in finance and operations within a variety of business models, specifically the direct selling industry. His experience includes Vice President, Finances at Princess House where he met exciting challenges and objectives. His main objective at Immunotec is to increase the company’s overall value by strategically increasing revenue within the Canadian and US markets. He is also Treasurer for both the Direct Selling Association of America and the Direct Selling Education Foundation.
Richard Patte, CA, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr.
Patte is the Executive Vice-President of Immunotec. Mr. Patte has over
30 years of experience in corporate financial management and organizational
development. A chartered accountant, Mr. Patte was a Partner of the
accounting firms Jarrett, Goold & Elliott and Price Waterhouse.
He later took his financial expertise to an international network marketing
company where he was Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Patte gained insight
into the production and marketing of natural health products as a director
and officer of a Quebec research and development company and for a group
of companies manufacturing and distributing dietary supplements. At
Immunotec, he is responsible for strategic and financial planning, administration
and controls.
